The home was deigned for a young family looking to utililise their irregular suburban block.
The floor plan was orientated to best use the sunshine coasts sunlight angles by capturing and storing the winter warmth in the buildings concrete slab.
The private bedroom and public entertaining spaces have been kept separate to allow for a healthy, functioning family home.
Western summer sun and motorway noise is blocked out by the timber battens which also aid in the separation of the home from the street.
